Just as important, if not more important as the building and whats inside of it, is who runs the show behind the scenes and the counters.

What's up with our hours?
We recognized the need in our community for a place where all ages could gather and socialize long after others closed. As a family owned and operated small business, in a community where expert baristas are few and far between, we had a decision to make. Until we had a full, expertly trained staff to handle extended hours, we'd have to choose. And we chose to open Mural City Coffee Company with the emphasis on being available to our community when others weren't.
Since opening in November, 2018; we have put together a group of amazing individuals to complete our staff and, essentially, our family. Extensive and ongoing training in the art and craft of specialty coffee, luxury teas and over the top service, has created the highly efficient team we were aiming for. With a well trained staff, skilled in craft and knowledgeable on the quirks of this large, old building; we'll soon be able to push our opening into earlier hours.
So there you have it. It takes a great deal of skill, expertise and effort to operate what is likely the largest roastery, espresso and tea bar in the State and possibly beyond. But be patient-we'll be available for your morning fix soon!
